Act Now

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but do not have works? Can faith save you? If a brother or sister is naked and lacks daily food, and one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill’, and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that? So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead. - James 2:14-17

1,000 Faith Leaders Initiative

Jubilee USA is launching a new campaign to bring the voices of diverse faith traditions to the halls of the White House. Through the 1,000 Faith Leaders Initiative we will deliver a letter with more than 1,000 signatures of faith leaders from across the country, including Presiding Bishop Mark Hanson, to President Obama. The letter urges President Obama to expand life-saving debt cancellation and ensure responsible finance for the world’s poorest countries.
