Call Process Forms
Required Software
Call process forms are completed using Formatta Filler, a simple program which you must download in order to open and complete the forms. If you need this software, review the sidebar on the right side of this page.
Note: To ensure successful submission of your forms, it is highly recommended that you use a Windows PC to save or submit your information electronically. The Mac version of Filler has limited support for electronic submission, encryption, and Remote signing. Please download and use the PC version of Filler if you intend to work with forms that involve these types of operations.
Creating an Account
The Mobility Database System requires that every user create an account and be identified by an ID and password.
- The Ministry Site Profile (MSP) is for congregations and the agencies, institutions, and organizations related to the ELCA to describe their ministry and their search for a rostered leader. Congregations must fill out the entire Ministry Site Profile; organizations may fill out only the required fields if permitted by the synodical bishop. You will be prompted to create a MSP account as you download the Ministry Site Profile. (MSP form) Save the MSP form to your computer where it will reside as you work on it. After you have submitted the MSP form go to Access Accounts on the Call Process Page to find the Reference Recommendation Form. Please note that if you are using a Mac computer, you should be able to successfully download the Formatta Filler Program to your computer to complete the form (see right-hand tool bar for instructions). You will not, however, be able to submit your RLP successfully. Please complete the submission process on a Windows PC.
- The Rostered Leader Profile (RLP) is designed for use only by persons who are on one of the four official rosters of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America: ordained ministers, associates in ministry, diaconal ministers, deaconesses and candidates for these rosters. Begin by downloading a Rostered Leader Profile
(right-click and save). Later, after you have completed and submitted your RLP, you will find that the system has automatically created an account for you. Go to the Call Process Page on the Vocation and Education web site to Access your Account. Please note that if you are using a Mac computer, you should be able to successfully download the Formatta Filler Program to your computer to complete the form (see right-hand tool bar for instructions). You will not, however, be able to submit your RLP successfully. Please complete the submission process on a Windows PC.
