About the Stewardship Planning Guide

The 2011–2012 Stewardship Guide includes:

• a summary of how the churchwide organization uses your offerings in support of you and your ministries
• a method for assessing your needs and resources
• information on ways to give

For treasurers, it features:

• a Bible study reflection
• a task list
• offerings transmittal information 

It also includes:

• a short guide to additional stewardship-related programs
• details on partnerships (the Women's Funding Network and the Lutheran World Relief Chocolate Project)
• an overview of ways you can include Women of the ELCA in your estate plan

Women of the ELCA offering envelopes may be used whenever a Women of the ELCA offering is taken up in your congregation or synod. They are especially useful for Thankoffering services. There is no charge for these envelopes (except for shipping), which come in packages of 100. Offering Transmittal Form A — units should use this form when submitting regular offerings and synodical convention offerings to the synodical treasurer. Download the form, fill it in, and make a copy for your files before mailing. If you do not know your synodical treasurer's name, please call or  e-mail Vanessa Davis at 800-638-3522, ext. 2702.

Offering Transmittal Form B — units should use this form when submitting Thankofferings, Designated Gifts, and Special Offerings and Gifts to the churchwide women's organization. Download the form, fill it in, and make a copy for your files before mailing to the address on the form.
